Refund policy

Return, Replacement & Refund Policy – Ganga Rajputi Poshak

All our products are carefully quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the handcrafted and traditional nature of our products (Rajputi poshak, odhni, fabric and bridal lehenga), we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Replacement / Exchange (Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item Only)

We offer a replacement ONLY if you receive a damaged/defective product or a wrong item. The following conditions apply:

1. Unboxing video is mandatory — A clear, uncut video of the sealed parcel being opened is compulsory for any damage or wrong-item claim. Claims without a complete unboxing video will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Report within 24 hours — Contact us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp: +91 82098 19303 or email: manuhenna29@gmail.com with your order number and the unboxing video.

3. Dispatch the return within 3 days — Once your claim is approved, you must courier the product back to us within 3 days of approval. If the return parcel is not dispatched within 3 days, the replacement claim will stand cancelled.

4. Product condition — The product must be unused, unwashed, unstitched (in case of fabric), with all tags, packaging and accessories intact. Used or altered products are not eligible.

6. Replacement dispatch — After we receive and verify the returned product, your replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

A full refund will be issued for orders cancelled before dispatch, credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Failed / Duplicate Transactions

If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, or a duplicate payment occurs, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
