Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days across India, depending on your location. Remote areas may take 1–2 additional days.

Shipping Coverage: We ship all over India through trusted courier partners.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Payment: We accept online payments only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details on WhatsApp/email so you can track your parcel.

Delays: While we make every effort to deliver on time, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
